Subsidized Viewing Trips

 

We organise individually tailored and subsidized viewing trips. The cost of the viewing is refunded if a property is purchased!

The viewing trip package include:

• Return flight from UK or Ireland
• Accommodation
• Transfers
• Assistance by an experienced agent from our company
• Viewing of properties can be done Sunday to Friday (not possible on Saturday)

 

Currently we offer the following packages (other also possible). The price quoted is for viewing trips originating from UK

• 2 days, 1 person inspection trip to Bansko, Borovetz or Sofia - £180 per person
• 2 days, 2 persons inspection trip to Bansko, Borovetz or Sofia - £160 per person
• 3 days, 1 person inspection trip to Bansko, Borovetz, Sofia or combination of them - £210 per person
• 3 days, 2 persons inspection trip to Bansko, Borovetz, Sofia or combination of them - £190 per person
• 2 or 3 day, 1 or 2 person inspection trip to Nessebar or Sunny Beach - £165 per person
• 2/3 days, 2 persons inspection trip to Varna and region - £155/180 per person
• 2/3 days, 1 person inspection trip to Varna and region - £200/£240 per person
• 2/3 days.1 or 2 person inspection trip to Veliko Tarnovo, Elena , Vidin, Vratsa and region-£150/£200 per person.

Viewing trips from UK for mountain and Sofia properties

For UK we use Bulgaria Air direct flights from London Gatwick or Manchester to Sofia.

10:30 departures from Gatwick; 15:30 arrives in Sofia; Fridays and Sundays there is a second flight at 15:55 arrives in Sofia 21:00.
15:40 departures from Manchester: 21.05 arrive in Sofia; Thursday and Sunday only.
Pick up from airport.
The prices includes accommodation in Hotel Rodina - www.rodina.bg
We offer accommodation in other 3 and 4 star hotels and in Bansko, please, ask for details.

Next day program:

• For Bansko - depart 8.30 (2h30min drive), viewing of properties, lunch in Traditional Bulgarian Restaurant, walk in Bansko, return to Sofia in the evening
• For Borovetz – depart 9.30 (1h30min drive), viewing of properties, walk in Borovetz, return to Sofia in the afternoon
• For Sofia – viewing of properties, free time in Sofia

Return flight from Sofia is 07:45, arrive in London 09:15 (on Fridays and Sundays there is a later flight at 13:15, arrive in London 15:00)

Return flight to Manchester is at 12:50 from Sofia; arrive in Manchester at 14:40; Thursday and Sunday only

Viewing trips from UK for coastal properties

For viewing trips of coastal properties we use Bulgaria Air direct flights from Gatwick Airport to Varna (on the Black Sea coast). From May 2006 there will be direct flights from London, Gatwick to Bourgas airport.

London – Varna

Varna – London

An agent will pick you up from Varna airport and drive to Nessebar or Sunny Beach. Driving time is about 1h and 30min.
From May clients can use Bulgaria Air direct flights from Gatwick to Bourgas. Driving time from Bourgas to Nessebar and Sunny Beach is 30min.

2 or 3 days, 1 or 2 persons inspection trip to Nessebar and Sunny Beach - £185 per person

For coastal inspection trips in the Bourgas region clients will be accommodated in one of our already completed projects: Hotel Sirena Delfin (Sunny Beach) or private apartment in complex Joy, Marina Palace (Nessebar), .
For inspection trips in Varna region clients will be accommodated in Varna town centre.

• 2/3 days, 2 persons inspection trip to Varna and region - £170/£210 per person
• 2/3 days, 1 person inspection trip to Varna and region - £200/£240 per person

The inspection trip on the coast includes visit to local places of interest, beaches and resorts.

 Viewing trips from Republic of Ireland

Currently, there are no direct scheduled flights from Ireland to any of the Bulgarian Airports. There are only charter direct flights. For clients wishing to go on viewing to Bulgaria there are two options. You can fly from Ireland to London or Manchester with Ryanair (operates up to 5 flights a day from Cork and Dublin to London and 3 flights a day to Manchester) or other airline company. The viewing trip packages and costs from UK are detailed above. You can fly from Dublin to Sofia and Varna with Czech and Malev Airlines with stopover in Prague or Budapest. Details are given below.

• 2/3 day viewing trip with Czech or Malev Airlines is ˆ400/450 per person.
