The property is situated in a small village (12 km. from the town of Veliko Turnovo) at the foot of Stara Planina mountain and it offers lovely view towards the neighbouring hills. The old house together with the farm buildings and the garden offer quite a lot of potential for recreation and rest. The wattle and daub house on stone foundations was built more than 100 hundred years ago and bears the character of old Bulgarian traditions in building.
